According to Forbes, in 2021, the non-fungible token (NFT) market surpassed a [$40 billion valuation](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-01-06/nft-market-surpassed-40-billion-in-2021-new-estimate-shows). With the incredible blooming of NFT over the year, the NFT Fraudulences have chance to grow fast with various forms and sophisticated tricks. Plagiarism and fraud have been an issue since NFTs exploded in early 2021, in fact, blockchain crime via transactions hit [$7.8 billion in 2021](https://blog.chainalysis.com/reports/2022-crypto-crime-report-introduction/).
There is always a new opportunity to scam, and fraudsters are always ready to figure out how—especially when it involves a monetary transaction. And the users who are lacking information, and experience in evaluating the NFT assets can become the victim of these NFT thieves.
When there is no barrier for any people to easily download NFT from the platform, scammers can remint them on the same or another platform to sell the fake NFTs at lower price. OpenSea - the largest NFT marketplace, allows the creation of NFTs using “lazy minting,” where users list NFTs for sale without writing them to the blockchain. Sellers don’t pay fees until an NFT sells, allowing scammers to list as many stolen items as they want in the hopes of nabbing a sucker.
While some Marketplaces use a Human-moderated-verification system, by giving the creators and their collections a blue tick acting as verified badge, it still can't solve the problems from the root. Because the point is that the collectors are lacking information and bewildered when I first entered the crypto market, which fluctuates so quickly and complicatedly.
As an end-user, it's necessary to always do your due diligence before buying NFTs, research the marketplace and the seller, and look up the art. And what they need is a creditable information resource to check and have a well-educated investment decision for NFT.
## Wash Trading
Have you wondered why an NFT can be traded at such a high price on the market and has great liquidity? Does it have real value or is the price being manipulated to draw attention?
Another problem that NFT investors have to face is Wash traded NFTs, which are even harder to find out with naked eyes. **Off-chain authenticity level**
This aspect refers to the authenticity of the NFT compared to other off-chain works including image, music, audio, and video media. Any copyright infringement is supposed to be detected at this level.
**Report on NFT transaction history**
The report provides a transaction history list and a knowledge graph focused on the NFT, highlighting any abnormal behaviours if found based on our AI strategies.

## Owallet: Cosmos x EVM in one Wallet
OWallet is developed based on Keplr and MetaMask source code and is currently maintained by Oraichain Labs. OWallet supports both Cosmos-based and EVM-based networks including Cosmos Hub, Oraichain, Osmosis, Juno, Ethereum, BSC, and more.Users on aiRight will use the Owallet to create an account and store their assets (NFT and tokens) and use all functions on aiRight.
## ORAI and AIRI token
Because aiRight runs on Oraichain Mainnet and uses Oraichain Wallet, it is supporting ORAI and AIRI for transactions, and all CW20 tokens in the future. There are several types of ORAI and AIRI that users need to know about and distinguish.
### ORAI token
* **Native ORAI token**
Like other blockchains, Ethereum for example has its own native token for fueling the transaction gas fee, Oraichain Mainnet has its own native token, called the native ORAI.For aiRight, native ORAI is not only the token needed for the gas fee transactions but also a payment method on aiRight Marketplace and services. This means that users can buy NFT and aiRight services, and pay the gas fee by native ORAI.
* **ERC20 ORAI and BEP20 ORAI**
Before the native ORAI is officially released with the Oraichain mainnet, there were ERC20 ORAI on Ethereum and BEP20 ORAI on the BNB chain, which now can be swapped to native ORAI on Oraichain Mainnet using OraiBridge on oraidex.io. But only native ORAI can be used on aiRight.
### AIRI token
* **CW20 token**
Similar to ERC20 on Ethereum or BEP20 on BNB Chain, CW20 is the standard token type (defined by the CosmWasm community) on the Oraichain Mainnet 2.0. When IBC-compatible assets like ATOM, OSMO or JUNO are moved to the Oraichain network via OraiDEX, they will be wrapped in the form of CW20 tokens for various usage purposes within our ecosystem.
* **CW20 AIRI token**
CW20 AIRI is one of the CW20 tokens on Oraichain and can be used on aiRight as a payment method.
* **BEP20 AIRI token**
Before the CW20 AIRI is available on Oraichain Mainnet, we have created BEP20 AIRI on the BNB chain. Now the BEP20 AIRI - CW20 AIRI can be transferable easily via OraiBridge on for specific purposes. # Tokenomics
*With the aim of fostering organic growth and incentivizing participation in the early-stage adoption of the Oraichain mainnet, aiRight is updating AIRI tokenomics for sustainable development and enhancing token health. With these changes, comes the introduction of deflationary mechanics to protect the value of AIRI as the ecosystem grows.*
For the first six months, thousands of early adopters have enjoyed significant rewards from farming on aiRight. As we move to our next stage of development, it is time to update our tokenomics, reappropriating allocations from farming to the ecosystem, while retaining rewards for stakers and those who provide LP.

We have built several databases as reference sets for authenticity evaluation. The on-chain NFT databases are collected from NFT marketplaces. The off-chain databases are collected from public sources related to artworks, music, and movies.

### The AI Model - AI blockchain oracle from Oraichain
The match/non-match decision is challenging since there is not only one but there are several levels at which two media (two images, two audio files, one image and one video, etc.) can be considered “similar”. In the most restrictive case, the “exact duplicate” is detected bit-wise. In other less restrictive cases, slight changes in brightness, noise, or the addition of small perturbations are also considered “similar”.
In the most dynamic cases, two instances with the same object (e.g., same person) or different objects but with the same appearance (colour or rhythm) may be also considered “similar”. We, therefore, define several levels in which the two instances can be decided if they are copies of each other and arrange them with the following priority in the Similarity check report

#### What are NFT royalties on aiRight?
NFT royalties are payments that compensate original NFT creators for the use of their NFTs. Giving artists a percentage of the sale price each time their artwork is resold. No matter how many secondary sales occur, the royalties will always be paid back to the original creator of the NFT, and the whole process is automated.
Differently from some existing implementations of royalty on several NFT marketplaces like Rarible, Foundation, Zora, or Superare for one-creator with/without collector roles, aiRight empowers a set of creators and investors via the design and implementation of the Oraichain Royalty Protocol.
#### How NFT royalties work
NFT Marketplace smart contract on aiRight brings its users the right to benefit from future sales by defining permanent royalty shares for creators and temporary royalty shares for owners.
The creators can set a royalty rate when minting the NFT on aiRight. Each time a secondary sale happens, royalties are automatically calculated based on the price and paid to the author's wallet through the aiRight marketplace contract.
* **Royalty for Creators:**
Creators are the ones who contribute to the creation of an NFT asset. On aiRight, they are AI Providers (can be a list of contributors) and end-users who pay the gas fee to mint the NFT. Creators set their desired royalty rates when minting the NFT at a max rate of 20%. The rates for AI Providers as creators are obtained from the contract of the providers. The royalty rate for the Original assets minting on aiRight is 0%. Currently, aiRight provides other AI models for minting NFTs with a 1% creator royalty rate.
* **Royalty for Owners (only applied to OW721 NFT):**
The owners of an NFT are the ones currently holding the NFT. The aiRight Royalty protocol allows owners to set Royalty rates between 0–20% (based on the next sale price) when selling the NFT to the marketplace. The royalty will be paid back to previous owners after the next resale. For newly minted NFTs, the creator is the owner. They lose ownership when selling/transferring the NFT to others.
#### Managing your Royalty on aiRight
aiRight has developed the **Royalty management system** to visualize cash flow from their NFTs. Users can easily see every received and likely-to-come royalty from their NFTs.
On your Profile page, there are 2 categories for royalties managing: Creator Royalty and Seller Royalty
* **Creator Royalty:** Aggregate all the NFTs that you are a creator with and royalty-related metrics, including the most updated royalty rate, the current price of NFT on the marketplace (if the NFT is not on-sale, it will show “Not on-sale”) and future incoming royalty amount.
When clicking on “Details” of each NFT, you can see every transaction of incoming money, including arisen royalties, the revenue of selling NFTs, royalty for being the previous owner of NFT (only 1 time when you sell the NFT on Marketplace for the first time)
* **Seller Royalty:** Aggregate all the future income from NFT that you are the previous owner. It will only display when your buyer puts the NFT on sale on the marketplace. Once the NFT is re-sold, you will receive royalties (see the record on the “Currency transactions” tab) then the NFT will disappear on the “Seller Royalty” tab.
# NFT ownership verification for Discord membership
NFT ownership verification for Discord membershipA Discord bot can be integrated into any Discord servers to verify the NFT Membership to assign specific roles to members.
### **What is the NFT ownership verification for the Discord private channel?**
This is a tool on Discord to support artists and projects by building strong communities for their NFT holders. This bot will help to connect both the user’s aiRight and Discord accounts, verifying NFT ownership and assigning a role to access their private channels on Discord. This bot will allow creators to effectively utilize their NFTs as the ticket to join the fan clubs, communities and grant additional privileges to collectors.

After connecting their wallet to the Discord account via the aiRight page, users can select the private channels from the list to join. Our bot will scan your wallet and assign you a new role allowing you to access the channels or get more powers (depending on each communities customization) if your assets include the NFT(s) from the selected artists. Enter the amount and click “Converse to BEP20 AIRI (Oraichain)”

**Step 1:** Visit and connect both Keplr and Metamask wallet

# Selling/Buying an NFT using aiRight
### 1. Selling NFT
**Step 1:** On aiRight, navigate to the top right of the page, click your profile icon, and select your avatar.
**Step 2:** Select the NFT you would like to sell from your wallet. If you don't have an NFT available to sell, check out our create an NFT tutorial to get started. (link)
**Step 3:** Select "Sell NFT**"** on the NFT detail page of the NFT you want to sell
**Step 4:** A pop-up will show up, where you can set the price and payment token
**Step 5:** Select sell to list your NFT to the marketplace
### 2. Buying NFT
**Step 1:** You need to select Marketplace tab on the toolbar to go to aiRight's Marketplace page
**Step 2:** Choose the NFT you want to buy, and select the "Buy Now" button and follow the payment pop-up.
Once the transaction is complete, the item will transfer to your wallet and the seller will receive the payments.
**Step 3:** To see the NFT in your wallet, return to your profile, and select My NFTs**.**

# How to participate in the NFT Staking on aiRight?
In addition to staking tokens via aiRight’s Farming page, we have released NFT Staking, providing distribution of aiRight’s governance token (AIRI) for those who actively participate in commerce on aiRight. The holders of the NFTs from the Verified Artists will have the opportunity to stake their assets in a pool and receive APR on their NFTs.

How to join private channel on aiRight Hangout server?
### 1. **What is the NFT ownership verification for the Discord private channel?**
An asset verification bot on Discord has been developed by the aiRight team to provide NFT ownership verification services to our verified artists, allowing NFTs to be used as a ticket for joining private clubs for artists and projects.
By connecting users’ aiRight and Discord accounts, the bot will check the NFT assets and assign specific roles to access the artist’s private zone on Discord. This way creators can effectively utilize their NFTs as the ticket to join the fan clubs, communities and grant additional privilege to collectors.
### **2. How to join private channel on aiRight Hangout server**
**Step 1**: Connect your aiRight account to Discord:
* Click on the “Connect to Discord” button on your profile
* Authorize our bot to link your aiRight account to Discord
* When the connection is successful, you will receive a notification as below:
**Step 2:** Go to [aiRight Hangout server](https://discord.gg/nRW5TwdXVY) in the read only category select #🔐private-communities
**Step 3:** Click “Join channel” at the channel where you own the NFT of that artist/collection
* If you don’t own any NFTs belonging to that artist/collection, you can click on the name of that channel, it will direct you to the artist/collection page so you can buy the NFT. After you’ve bought it, go back to discord and try again.

# Approve the new market contract
Along with aiRight's development, we also have to constantly update our contract, which includes the approval mechanism that requires the NFT owners to give permission to our NFT market contract on having authority on executing all the actions related to NFT.
### **1. What is the approval mechanism?**
The approval mechanism: To be able to execute the following actions, Our NFT market contract needs the permission of the NFT owners: Sell/Buy/Auction/Bid/FinishAuction/Automatically send the royalty to the creator, and other actions will be added with the new features coming. So before selling/auctioning your NFT on the aiRight marketplace, the owners need to sign an approval transaction to give authority to our contract.
### **2. Why do I need to approve?**
For those who have On-sale or need-to-finish auction NFT, each time we update to the new NFT market contract, the previous permission for the former contract is no longer valid so other users can’t buy or finish the auctions (claim NFTs and money) until you approve the new one. We will send a warning popup to these owners to ask for a signing approval transaction, please follow our instructions below. The buyers will also receive the notice if you haven’t approved it on the NFT details page.
### **3. How to approve our new marketplace contract:**
**Step 1**: When you visit Marketplace or your Profile, you will see a warning popup below:
**Step 2:** Click “Approve now” and sign the transaction by entering your pin
If you accidentally close the popup, don’t worry, you can turn on it again by clicking on the “Approve the NFT market contract” button in the Profile tab

### 1. What is NFT collection feature on aiRight?
The collection feature allows creators to take their NFT curation to the next level on aiRight, making it easier for artists to manage themed works and for collectors to view complete collections in one place.
Statistics about each collection are also displayed and updated regularly to give the best overview of your collection and how hot it is. These metrics include number of artworks, number of collectors and the total trading volume for the collection.

**Step 2:** Fill in the necessary information about your collection
